Meal Prep ideas for prenatal & Postpartum Constipation Relief #daisydoulatastytuesdays
Meal prepping can feel like a daunting task especially during pregnancy as your daily to-do list continues to increase as your due date nears. We talked about constipation in my last instagram post, so for today’s #daisydoulatastytuesday I’ll be going over a few meal prep ideas for constipation relief.
As we know high fiber foods help to increase the fluid content in your stool making it softer and easier for stool to pass. Eating a lot of leafy greens that contain a high water content will also help you with meeting your fluid intake needs to keep your bowels regular.
Breakfast ideas:
Strawberry banana smoothie with low fat plain Greek yogurt
Scrambled eggs with 1 cup of vegetables, side of banana and high fiber whole grain toast
Lunch ideas:
Black bean soup, leafy green salad with baked chicken
Whole grain wrap, filled with scrambled eggs and chopped vegetables
Dinner ideas:
Grilled tofu over sautéed greens with roasted potatoes
Bean tacos with corn tortillas, black beans, chopped tomatoes, sliced peppers, salsa

Ingredients:
•10 oz coconut water or Almond Milk
•1/2 ripe banana
•1/2 Avocado
•3 dates
•1 Fiber blend
•1 Collagen Peptides
• 1/2 frozen mixed berries
•1 handful of spinach
Instructions:
1. Mix all Ingredients together in a blender
